Evonprint is encouraging budding photographers to submit their entries with the theme of ‘having fun in Sussex’.

This could be kite flying on the South Downs or a picnic on the beach, for example.

The only stipulation is that the photograph must be taken somewhere within the county of Sussex and depict the theme of ‘fun’.

Managing director Steve Rowland said: “This year marks our 30th anniversary of being in business and what better way to celebrate than running a competition to capture yet more photography of the glorious county in which we live and work.”

Twelve winners will be chosen for inclusion in the calendar and will each win a hamper of goodies worth £100.

The calendar will be sold to the public with all proceeds going to charity. This year’s chosen charity is You Raise Me Up which was voted for by the people of Sussex through Evonprint’s Facebook page.
