Carers will be able to come together and share their experiences when St Michael’s Hospice holds a Carers Support Group.
It takes place at the hospice on Wednesday September 16 from 6pm-7.30pm.
The evening invites carers to come together to discuss their experiences as a carer, and to learn more about the support available from the Hospice, in a relaxed and informal environment.
The meeting will be taking place in Day Services, St Michael’s Hospice, Upper Maze Hill, St Leonards on Sea.
It is open to anyone who lives in Hastings and Rother. Chloe Dyas, from the hospice, said: “Due to its location within the Hospice building, Day Services was fortunate enough to recently reopen after the devastating fire at the Hospice, despite the rest of the Hospice remaining closed.
“If you require transport to attend the Carers Support Group or have any queries, please contact Jay Godding, Day Services Manager on 07796 132448 or email email@example.com
“If you would like to discuss how to access the Day Service facilities please call the Day Service Manager for a chat.
“Day Services supports people throughout Hastings and Rother with life-limiting illnesses, offering a variety of services including; social opportunities and educational programmes that support individuals to optimise their health no matter what stage of wellness they are currently experiencing.”
