Women’s World Day of Prayer: A reminder that this annual service will be this afternoon at 4th March at St Laurence Church at 2.30pm. This year the service is prepared by the Christian Women of Cuba and is entitled ‘Receive Children. Receive me.’ All are invited to stay for tea and refreshments after the service.
Village Hall: The AGM of the Village Hall will be held at the hall on Wednesday 9th March at 7.30pm, so do come along and hear how things are faring for this most important community centre of village social life. Drinks and nibbles will be served afterwards.
Spring Concert: There will be a fundraising concert held in St Laurence Church at 7.30pm next Friday 11th March. Craft Fair: There will be an Easter Craft Fair on Saturday 19 March in Catsfield Village Hall from 10 am to 2.30 pm. This time we will be raising money for Multiple Sclerosis. We are very grateful for all the support we have received from everyone at our previous craft fairs which have benefited several different charities. There will be a variety of interesting and unusual crafts, created by local makers, for sale on the day and tasty refreshments and drinks will be available. Car parking and entry is free and we hope that people will once again support us and enjoy this friendly fair.
