Chance for residents to have a say

Arun residents are being encouraged to join the council's new residents' panel, where they can help shape the future of the district.

An event is being held at the Civic Centre in Littlehampton next week, where people who are interested in joining can pop along for more information.

The public event is being held on Monday, October 8, to launch the new panel, known as 'Wavelength', and residents who think they might like to take part are encouraged to attend.

The panel will replace the current one, which has run from 2003 until this summer, and will be made up of around 2,000 Arun residents. Residents who join the new panel will be invited to give regular feedback on local services and facilities.
