Crash biker rescue drama
EMERGENCY crews lifted a car off a trapped motorcyclist after a Tuesday evening road crash.
The accident closed the A259 trunk road at the junction of Little Common Road and Sutherland Avenue.
It happened just after 6.30pm.
The rider was taken by ambulance to the Conquest Hospital at Hastings.
The car driver, a local woman, was shocked but uninjured.
