Crawley and Horsham rallies to support new hospital campaign

THE campain for a new hospital in the Horsham and Crawley area to adequately serve the needs of the growing population has been stepped up.

Rallies are to be held in the area on Saturday May 17 as a major step in trying to change the mind of West Sussex Primary Care Trust and adviser Sir Graeme Catto, who no longer have a new hospital on the agenda.

County council leader Henry Smith is part of the rally organising team and commented: "I am really pleased that the Crawley and Horsham town centre rallies will allow all concerned residents to vote with their feet and voice their support for a new area NHS hospital with A&E.
