Ben Wilkinson, 19, of St George’s Walk, Eastergate, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph in Barnham Road, Barnham, on January 24, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Lucie Ellis, 39, of Brook Lane West, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, police staff, by beating at Worthing Custody Centre on August 19, 2020. She was fined £50 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on November 10, 2019. She admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend post sentence interviews on September 20 and October 13, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional ten days’ rehabilitation activity requirement.

James Hollingsworth, 37, of Fishbourne Road West, Fishbourne, was jailed for four weeks, to run concurrently, and must pay £75 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on January 22, 2021.

Michal Wrobel, 34, of Maypole Road, Taplow, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (55mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Church Road, Fernhurst, on January 12, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Jamie Clarke, 28, of Riverside House, Stephenson Way, Three Bridges, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with six-day alcohol abstinence requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, after admitting stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on March 13, 2020. He was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting stealing power tools worth £123 from Lidl, Bognor Regis, on February 22, 2020. He was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Bognor Regis on March 13, 2020. He must pay £128 compensation, £85 costs.

Claire Green, 42, of Farm Road, Bracklesham Bay, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £300 after admitting drink-driving (121mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Farm Road, Bracklesham Bay, on November 30, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Amy Murphy, 31, of Barnett Close, Eastergate, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (56mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Yapton Road, Barnham, on September 4, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Williams Klogo, 41, of Northcliffe Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting drug-driving (not less than 4ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A259 Bognor Regis on July 9, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Steven Satturley, of St Peter’s Crescent, Selsey, was discharged conditionally for 24 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting breaching a non-molestation order, preventing him from intimidating, harassing or pestering a woman in Selsey, on January 5, 2021. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Walter Wray, 62, of Leckford Road, Southampton, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £200 costs, after admitting two charges of breaching a non-molestation order by hand delivering an envelope to Midhurst, on May 11 and June 12, 2020.
