Sarah Jane Frampton, 40, of Victoria Road, Emsworth: Fined £93 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting keeping a vehicle which does not meet insurance requirements on March 25, 2022.

Dominik Malkosz, 43, of Crosbie Close, Chichester: Fined £660 and must pay £258.34 vehicle excise back duty, £120 costs, after being found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on May 21, 2022, the previous licence having expired on October 31, 2016.

Lukasz Hetzig, 41, of Fieldfare Lane, Barnham: Fined £346 after admitting driving without insurance on the A29 Stane Street, Billingshurst, on May 19, 2022. Fined £346 after admitting drug-driving (124ug/l benzoylecognine) on the A29 Stane Street, Billingshurst, on May 19, 2022. He must pay £85 costs, £69 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Monica Vilhena, 37, of The Green, Chichester: Fined £40 and must pay £120 costs, £16 victim surcharge, after admitting using a television receiver without a licence in Chichester on August 19, 2022.

Dean Clarke, 34, Wood Street, Bognor Regis: Fined £660 and must pay £264 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on July 29, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with six points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Connor Cody, 28, of Stockbridge Road, Chichester: Fined £402 and must pay £160 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over 70mph on the A27 Aldingbourne at the junction with Norton Lane on June 25, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Keith Dunmore, 55, of Duncan Road, Chichester: Fined £68 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A27 Upper Brighton Road, Hillbarn, on June 12, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Ginette Eleftheriou, 53, of Marquis Way, Bognor Regis: Fined £61 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on May 14, 2022. Fined £61 after admitting under the single justice procedure driving with an expired substantive licence in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on May 14, 2022. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Kevin Fryer, 35, of Progress Close, Walberton: Fined £153 and must pay £61 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over 70mph on the A27 Aldingbourne at the junction with Norton Lane on June 23, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Jeffrey Skinner, 43, of Westloats Lane, Bognor Regis: Given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with six-month alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting drink-driving (114mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Linden Road, Bognor Regis, on June 3, 2022. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Emsworth on July 7, 2022. He must pay £85 costs and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates' Court on June 21, 2022, no separate penalty.

Daniel Small, 29, of Carlingford Court, Bognor Regis: Fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Shipley on April 13, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Garry Hookway, 62, of Brazwick Avenue, Bognor Regis: Fined £223 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on August 20, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with three points.
