Drainage improvements planned for Aldwick

Up to £80,000 is to be spent improving the drainage of an area of Aldwick.

Arun District Council members agreed to fund a 22m extension of the land drainage outfall off the Craigweil estate.

The outfall into the sea is owned by the council, but becomes blocked by shingle to cause water to back up during heavy rain.
