On 21st January the school had a special visit from WPC Sarah Ellis. She spent the morning visiting all the classes in the school explain about the police service and delivering advice.
In key stage two the message told to the children was of stranger danger and how to be safe online. In reception they had lots of fun. Sarah spoke to them about the different roles of police officers and showed them lots of photos.
They learned about the different police vehicles and were given fun pictures to colour in. Sarah finished by answering the children’s questions and letting them try on some uniform.
This was most popular with one child declaring “my favourite part was trying the hats on!” and another saying “my favourite part was all of it!”
