From West End to the White Rock Theatre

An Evening of Dirty Dancing features a dynamic cast of West End performers sure to show you the time of your life.

The show is a fully choreographed, theatrical celebration of the iconic soundtrack to the movie Dirty Dancing, and has been wowing audiences nationwide since 2010.

It stars West End leading lady and winner of the BBC Radio 2 Voice of Musical Theatre, Aimie Atkinson.

The show’s producer Paul Spicer said: “The atmosphere is always electric. There’s something about this soundtrack that ignites even the dullest of days.

We totally encourage our audience to get up and dance and sing and immerse themselves in the summer of ’63”.

All the hits from the film are here, superbly performed in this fast moving, slickly choreographed theatrical treat.

Songs include: She’s Like the Wind, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Hey Baby, Wipeout, Do You Love Me, Be My Baby, Hungry Eyes and, of course, the Oscar-winning (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.

Aimie Atkinson has enjoyed a prolific West End career most recently starring as Shelby Stevens in Steel Pier at the Union Theatre.

She was also the winner of the prestigious BBC Radio 2 Voice of Musical Theatre and starred as the lead role of Chloe in the original national tour of the Take That musical Never Forget.
