Is too much spent on Rye regalia?
A Rye councillor has questioned whether Rye Town Council should be spending more than £1,000 on three past-Mayor badges at a time of cut-backs and recession.
The issue was raised by Cllr Mary Smith but will have to be discussed at a later date as Cllr Smith was unable to attend the full council meeting in Rye on Monday.
