Laptop catches fire in North Bersted home

A LAPTOP caught fire in North Bersted home this afternoon (August 15).

The fire brigade was called at 1pm to Hawks Place.

“This was a small fire in a laptop out on arrival,” said a spokesman from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.

He said they removed the laptop, ventilated the property and left the scene at 1.22pm.
