In this week’s paper, you will find a nomination form which you can pop in the post to us, drop into our offices in Chatsworth Road, Worthing – or you can email a nomination. We need them in by Monday, October 13, at noon.

The categories you can nominate in are as follows – Carer of the Year, Star of the Community, True Inspiration, Best Volunteer, Charity of the Year, Best Friend, Health Hero, School Star, Mini Marvel, Sporting Achievement, Best Community Event, Arts and Entertainment, Super Senior and The 999 Award.

Over the years, there have been some brilliant winners – as voted for by Herald & Gazette readers. Now is your chance to help us find some of the people who go above and beyond the call of duty to make a difference.

Do you have an amazing carer or know a selfless volunteer? Have you been inspired by a community champion or have a best friend like no other?
