Bright Lights Theatre Company commences its tenth anniversary year with Quizzical - a quiz night with a difference in that many questions are acted out.

With comedy being their forte, don’t expect a round entitled ‘Brush up your Shakespeare’ to be taken too seriously by the likes of Dick Coomber, Jean Elphick,

Sally Gander, Petra Holland, Sue MacNaughton, Pete Riggs, Jo Webster, Luke Webster and Barbara Welford.

John Bryant also contributes a few quotations as well as being quizmaster Trevor Hughes’s ‘lovely assistant’.

Later this year BLTC will staging a revue featuring memorable moments from past productions in the aptly titled Look Back in Laughter.

But for now Bright Lights Theatre Company invite you to Quizzical evenings on Friday May 6 and Saturday May 7 at the Methodist Hall in Church Hill Avenue, Little Common.

Tickets including interval refreshments are £5 per person with teams of four persons per table.

Participants are welcome to bring nibbles and soft drinks but no alcohol please.

Tickets are available from Little Gem, 3 Clifton Chambers, Little Common, and the fun starts at 7.45pm with doors opening at 7.15pm.

Proceeds from the raffle will go to the Demelza Hospice for Sick Children.
