Loading bay abusecausing chaos
The new loading bay on Rye High Street is being abused by those parking illegally.
The bay was built so goods vehicles could safely unload with blocking Lion Street and causing a hazard.
But a Mercedes car, parked illegally during the busy morning period caused traffic chaos recently. The owner was spoken to by police.
