Rye MP, Amber Rudd spoke of the imnportance of creating local jobs when she gave her second annual report back for Rye residents at the Town Hall.
“Being available to questions, comments and ideas is really important to me,” said Amber.
“It was great to hold the report back in the Town hall, and to hear local residents views on key local issues.”
Amber Rudd holds a report back each year in Rye. It is a public meeting open to all residents.
“One key message I took back from the comments,” said Amber, “is that we must do more to help entrepreneurs create employment by reducing regulation for the smallest companies.
“I certainly agree with this and will be speaking to the Department for Business Innovation and Skills so that they get some progress in this.”
