Netherfield Church: The first service for March, this Sunday March 1, is Morning Worship at Brightling. Services will then be the usual pattern of Holy Communions at Brightling, Mountfield and Netherfield. All start at 10 am.

There are two events in March that need your support. On Saturday March 21 we have the Spring Fair which has already been mentioned, from 10 am until noon in the church and more details will appear over the next few weeks. Then there is the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on Wednesday March 25 at 7 pm in the church. This primarily reports on the last year’s happenings in your church and is an opportunity to elect the officials and council members for the coming year. Paul Smith, Churchwarden.

Shoe Bin: This is located outside the shop, please recycle all your unwanted shoes, boots and wellies.

First Aid Course: This will be a free course and will be held in the Village Hall at a date and time to be announced, please register your interest in the shop.

Yoga: Every Tuesday evening at 7.15pm IN THE Village Hall.

Netherfield Post Office: we hold Euros in stock, all other currencies can be order for the next day. Health Lottery tickets also available 50p per ticket win up to £25000, £1 per ticket win up to £100000.

White Hart: On the third Thursday of every month we hold a Quiz night for a local charity all are welcome , there is always a ‘special’ on offer for food.

There are various groups meeting throughout the month including Boulez, The Rover group, The Harley Davidson group, T.R.Cars and The Breakaway Club, if you would like to know more about any of the dates and times or the darts and football teams please give Sean a ring on 01424 838382. White Hart Boulez Pitch. The pieste is free to use, any clubs please feel free to come and use the pieste, FOC any time except match days which are Saturday afternoons throughout the season. The Mobile Library: will be outside the shop from 12.45 to 13.05 on Tuesday’s March 3 and 24.
