A new town hall for Crawley will '˜retain links to the past while preparing for the future', according to the council.
Crawley Borough Council and developer Westrock are looking to redevelop the site and provide a new civic building, flats, commercial office space, and a public square.
They are asking the public for feedback before submitting a planning application.
