Another busy week in Eastbourne

Well the team are keeping busy in Eastbourne and beyond! As well as many home visits to the children we are caring for in the area, we will be holding our first drop in session at Eastbourne library this week.

If you are in the area we would love you to pop in and meet our community nurses to have a chat about the care we provide. They will be at the library in Grove Road from 10am to 1pm and everyone is welcome.

Don’t worry if you can’t make this session, we will also be holding sessions on Thursday 14 July and Thursday 11 August.

Also this week, the fundraising team have been busy preparing for the Big Heart Auction satellite exhibition at the Towner Art Gallery. The auction includes a whole range of amazing donated artwork from professional – local, national and celebrity artists, illustrators and photographers.

At the Towner you can view a selection of the artwork that’s been submitted for the auction, which is raising vital funds for Chestnut Tree. The exhibition will be open from 10am to 5pm from now until Thursday 9 June.
