This month Police & Crime Commissioner Katy Bourne opens the doors to viewers at Sussex Police Headquarters in Lewes.
Malling House became HQ for Sussex Police in 1968 and remains a busy hub of police activity, including the offices of the Chief Constable.
Mrs Bourne introduces temporary Chief Constable Giles York, following the retirement of former Chief Constable Martin Richards from the Force earlier this month.
Find out how the newly formed Sussex Youth Commission has got off to a flying start, setting the priorities the group will address during the pilot project and what’s in store for the next meeting on 1st March.
Don’t forget, there’s still time to apply for the Commissioner’s Safer in Sussex Community Fund. Awards of up to £5,000 will be granted for projects that meet the funding criteria and address the priorities in the PCC’s Police & Crime Plan. The first deadline for applications is 31st March 2014.
