Just enjoy the seafront
AS a true Bexhillian - having been born, educated, had my family here, and working here - I would like to state that I think the promenade is brilliant.
We have a modern unique seafront: where else are there old-style shelters and large grassed areas with parking one side of the De La Warr Pavilion and, on the other, new style shelters and creatively different verges?
However, I would like to say to whoever the people were who wrote over the posters explaining about the glass panel (and I am assuming they are elderly as they wanted to’ remove the council’ etc’: the youth of Bexhill wouldn’t bother writing that) that they are no better than the youngsters who they complain about with their graffiti. It’s the same.
As we all live here, young and old alike, let’s just enjoy this fantastic seafront.
