Letter: Successful collection
On 11th and 12th October Central Sussex Branch of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association held a very successful collection at Sainsbury’s in Haywards Heath when we raised a total of £1,701.38. Thank you very much once again to everyone for your generosity.
Every penny you donated has gone to enable the Association to continue its work in helping blind and partially-sighted people to lead more active and independent lives.
As well as its customers, I would like to publicly thank the management and staff of Sainsbury’s for making the collection possible, and to all our volunteers, guide dogs owners and their wonderful dogs, whose combined time and efforts contributed to this excellent result.
