Missing payments
I SYMPATHISE with the people who are having problems with the post. Royal Mail seems to have gone downhill.
I agreed to help my postman by storing his extra pouches on my property – when he finished one he would collect another. This practice went on for about four years and the agreement with Royal Mail was that I would receive £25 per per year for this service.
I have received nothing for well over a year. I have asked managers and postmen who deliver the mail to my property to ask about payment, but nothing happens. I have phoned the delivery office and written letters, all of which are ignored.
Shame on whoever runs the delivery office.
