River colour change?
IN the aftermath of the flooding, I have noticed the change of colour in the river and sea water and that the beach has more or less been closed because of the pollution.
The lifeguards have been removing large dead fish being washed up on the beach and have had to move on Chinese cocklers – it would be worrying if polluted seafood got into the food chain.
Maybe Littlehampton will also be in danger of losing its Blue Flag status?
