RIVERBANK: Huge homes plan needs derailing
THE developers wanting to flatten the old railway bank and build a giant development of six-storey blocks seemed keen for residents to leave their names and addresses at the display, but weren't so quick to reveal their own.
All kinds of nonsense about sustainable development has been spouted '“ by the very people who removed every trace of wildlife from the railway bank, pictured right.
Even more worryingly, their plans clearly showed they intend replacing our current flood defences with much lower ones and unleashing another 1,000 or so cars onto Old Shoreham Road.
Please, Adur council, refuse them planning permission.
