Young farmers reunion

On Sunday September 28 over 200 Ex- West Sussex Young Farmers meet for a reunion at Butcherlands Farm Balls Cross Petworth, West Sussex.

There were members from all decades going right back to when the West Sussex Federation started in 1944

Old freinds meet that hadn’t seen each other for years which was marvellous. It was a wonderful day, lunch was provided by members of the Young Farmers of salads and lamb roast, with a traditional apple pie for pudding

Although we didn’t set out to make this a profit making event and really just wanted to cover our costs, we were over the moon to raise nearly £1,700 which will be split between The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution & Macmillian Cancer Support.
