In April, I complained to Tesco regarding all the abandoned shopping trolleys in the Hollington stream.

I did get a response from Tesco, thanking me for bringing this problem to their attention, and “the matter would be dealt with in the next ten days”.

However, I was very disappointed to see the problem had not been dealt with.

My son-in-law did inform me that someone from Trolleywise did arrive and presumably took what trolleys, if any, he could but the many old rusty and mangled trolleys are still there.

This is an area of outstanding beauty, especially now the bluebells and wild garlic are in bloom.

Is it possible that Tesco could be held responsible for this clear up?
