Zumba: Thursdays at 7.30 pm

Hands of Hope Lunch Club: The first lunch will be on Monday 5th November. Come to the Hall from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm – 2 course lunch, raffle and entertainment.The charity is currently also seeking volunteers to lend a helping hand at the club – if you have a few spare hours a month please either e-mail [email protected] or phone 07968 333097 for more information.

PEASMARSH FLYING START: is open from 8.30-3.30 term time only. The pre-school offers 30 free hours per week for eligible 3 and 4 year olds. We are delighted and proud that during a recent Ofsted inspection we were rated “good” in all areas, with the Inspector finding that the children are eager to learn from a wide range of activities provided, where the quality of teaching and learning is good. Football Training Sessions: Bourne’s Sports Association will be running a 2-day soccer school for 5-13 year old boys and girls at the Peasmarsh Recreation Ground during the October half-term. From 10.00 am to 3.00 pm on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th October. Cost is £30 per child and Peasmarsh Parish Council has negotiated a 50% reduction on this price for children from Peasmarsh. FREE NHS HEALTH CHECK: in the Memorial Hall – in November – for people aged 40-74. They need a minimum of 5 people per day, can see up to 15 per day and will also accept “walk-in” appointments on the day to fill up any appointments that haven’t already been taken. They are offering the following dates – Tuesday 6th Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th, Friday 16th, s 20th, Wednesday 21st, Thursday 22nd November.
