It proved a winner among a raft of entries to a Christmas light competition organised by Horsham District Council and Visit Horsham.

For the second year running, Horsham’s Christmas lights have included a custom-made decoration, manufactured by Gala Lights and designed by a child from Horsham.

Our judges chose Harry’s design because they loved how he had combined rainbows with traditional Christmas decorations.

A spokesman said: “Harry’s ‘Rainbow Christmas Tree and Shooting Star’ has helped carry the message of hope and thanks during the festive period and into 2021.”

Harry and his family were invited to attend the official lights switch-on.
