A dazzling Christmas lights display is raising money for the Lindfield Bonfire Society this festive season.

Visitors can see the spectacle and make a donation at 27 Dukes Road, Lindfield.

There is a wishing well for coins at the garden front and there is a Just Giving QR code on the well to for those who are not carrying cash.

The decorations and lights were put up by longstanding members of the bonfire society to help raise funds for November 5. Last year the display made £445.

The lights are expected to remain up for the festive season and normally form part of the village’s festive lights trail, which is not running this year.

Lindfield Bonfire Society was founded in 1894 and is a non-profit making organisation. Members work throughout the year to organise the village’s Bonfire Night celebrations, which are held in aid of children’s charities.
