Missing Burwash teenager, 16, found

A teenager from Burwash who went missing almost a week ago has been found, police announced today (Thursday, January 7).

Thomas, 16, was reported missing on New Year’s Eve has been found.

Police launched an appeal to find him after he was last seen in Burwash, near Etchingham.

However, police said today Thomas had been found safe and well.

Officers have thanked the public for their help to find him.
