Petworth firefighters raise £755 for charity with car wash
Firefighters at Petworth Fire Station were kept busy on Saturday taking part in a charity car wash.
Following the event, a post on the fire station’s Facebook page said: “Wow we are truly humbled by the support of our community at our car wash in aid of the Firefighters Charity.
"Special thanks goes to Deja Vu for supply the car washing materials, to @tiffinspetworth for providing the most amazing bacon and sausage sandwiches and station manager Rudkin for the cakes.
"We raised a massive £755 for the Firefighters Charity. Thank you so much for those who attended and helped us with our cause.”
