Perryfield House, in Udimore, was built in 1902.

It was added to the market on Friday (April 23) through Anderson Hacking with a guide price of £2,100,000.

The three-storey property has more than seven acres of grounds, with views over the Brede Valley
In the grounds there is a heated swimming pool with Aquatrac safety cover. The pool house has a shower room and kitchenette and there are also Photovoltaic cells on the roof, generating an annual income
