Sporstreach Youth Netball: for ages 9 - 13 takes place every Saturday at Sandhurst Primary School from 9.30am - 11am and costs £2 a session. Contact Lizzie on 07761 541534.

There is football for boys and girls, aged 7 - 16 on the Playing Fields. Call 07837 578788 or 01580 850446. Both events are run by the village Baptist Church.

The Post Office: opening times are 6.30am - 9pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 6.30am - 5.30pm on Wednesday. The Post Office is situated in Johnson’s of Sandhurst.

All the very best: to Lisa Kerry who now has a new home in Rye. Lisa is a part of the kerry family in the village. She looks forward to meeting her dear friends and her dear mum Sandra at her home. All the best Lisa - perhaps life will be fair now.

Not many villages: have a very late bus service six days a week but the village has Service 5 from Maidstone 23.20; Hawkhurst 0012 and Sandhurst 0019.

The Baptist Church Coffee Morning: takes place on October 4 at 10.45am in the church hall. The church phone number is 01580 850715.

Little Rainbows Mother and Toddler Group meet every Friday from 9.30am - 11am in the church hall during term time only.
