Stamp enthusiasts receive stalk from special guest
THE secretary of the Royal Philatelic Society of London recently paid a visit to Worthing to talk about the history of Hungarian stamps.
Bill Hedley spoke of Hungary’s history through mail, from the 15th century to the First World War, telling the story of war and the five revolutions which took place during the period.
Derrick Pillage, president of the Worthing Philatelic Society, said: “What a night we had at the show. Every seat in the house was full.
