Steyning’s liquid history

Dr Janet Pennington is offering a walk through half a millennium of Steyning’s liquid history.
What's on.What's on.
What's on.

See where malthouses, inns and public houses were situated in the past and whether we can find any trace of them today.

The White Horse, Chequer, Norfolk Arms and Star are fortunately all still trading - see and hear something of their history on this easy walk with plenty of stops. There will be time for a drink at any - or all! - of the pubs afterwards.

The walk will be from 10am to noon on Sunday, July 20.
