Summer colour on show at Winchelsea
WINCHELSEA New Hall came alive with summer colour on Saturday when Winchelsea Garden Society held its Rose and Sweet Pea Show, alongside a coffee morning.
Gardening enthusiasts competed for a number of prizes including the Roy Horobin Cup, for the best vase of roses, and The Ryan Challenge Cup for the best vase of sweet peas.
There was also an opportunity for people to swap plants with others.
