“There were children singing in French, a member of staff reciting The Childcare Providers Poem and Baa Baa Black Sheep sung by the children using British Sign Language actions.”

Gowns and hats were provided for the children leaving the nursery, based at St Richard’s Hospital, to go to school.

Children and parents were also given a PowerPoint presentation of photos and music showing the Class of 2015, which led to quite a few tears.

Sharon added: “Even the rain stopped in time and the garden looked beautifully decorated. It could not have gone any better.”
