Teenager stabbed

A WORTHING teenager was stabbed when two men stole his mobile phone as he walked through Victoria Park in Worthing shortly after 10.10pm on Thursday.

The 16-year-old boy was approached by two men, believed to be in their late teens or early twenties. Both produced a knife and, holding one against the victim's neck, forced him to lie on the ground.

The two men then stole his mobile phone and, during this, one of the robbers stabbed the victim through his hand, causing a serious injury which required hospital treatment.
