TOP OF THE PLOTS

Once again the competition was strong.

One of the judges, Cllr Frank Brown, said: 'The only problem was that every garden looked like it could be a winner.

'It was very difficult deciding which one should come top.'

T

he winning trophies were presented by the chairman of Wealden District Council Cllr Mrs Pat Kennedy.
