Traders' triumph
LOWER Street in Pulborough was packed on Saturday as villagers and visitors turned out in force for a morning of Mid-May Fun, hosted by local traders.
The highlight of the event was the May Queen procession featuring nine girls from local primary schools who were driven through the village centre in a horse-drawn carriage.
