Police attend coastguard incident near Brighton

Police officers are on the scene of an incident near Brighton this evening, Sussex Police has confirmed.

Following reports of an incident between Rottingdean and Rodean, a police spokesman said officers are 'working with the coastguard at this location'.

The ambulance service is also on the scene, according to an eye witness.
