TRAVEL ALERT: Broken down lorry blocks major roundabout

The vehicle has partially blocked the A264 in Faygate eastbound at the junction with the Moorhead roundabout.

Slight disruption is being reported.

On Thursday (March 10) one lane was closed at the roundabout after a lorry overturned.

No one was injured and no other vehicles were involved in the incident involving the heavy goods vehicle carrying ‘non-hazardous’ waste.

The dual carriageway was closed later that evening whilst the lorry was removed.
