"We fight on" vow woods rebels
THE treetop protesters of Titnore Woods are bracing themselves for a fight after a court dismissed their appeal against eviction.
Mr Justice Vivian Ramsey, speaking at Tuesday's High Court appeal, agreed with the court's decision in July that the protesters represented a "substantial risk of public disturbance or serious harm to persons or property".
The decision opens the door for an eviction at any time '“ although landowner Fitzroy Somerset hinted it could still be months away.
