A LEAKED confidential document has revealed health authority officials were already considering the downgrading of Worthing Hospital in March.
MPs today slammed the "Fit for the Future" consultation as a "sham" and have written to health authority chief executive Candy Morris, pictured left, saying they find it "extraordinary" she didn't mention anything when they all met at Westminster just weeks later.
