Weather for the week ahead in Sussex
After temperatures soared this weekend, things are set to change in the week ahead.
The Met Office says it will be dry tonight but then some rain during tomorrow.
A spokesperson said, “Any evening showers will ease, leaving a dry night, with generally clear skies. However some thin cloud could spread into the south coast through the early hours of Monday. Minimum Temperature 10 °C.
“Cloud will thicken from the south through the morning, with outbreaks of rain spreading in from the south. These could turn persistent and thundery during the afternoon. Turning cooler. Maximum Temperature 21 °C.
“The outlook for Tuesday to Thursday includes cloudy on Tuesday, with outbreaks of rain, perhaps heavy with the risk of thunder. Drier Wednesday, with sunny spells, but also a few showers. Sunny spells and showers for Thursday.”
