'˜Westfield Remembers' World War I Exhibition: This wonderful commemorative exhibition drew many visitors to the Church Hall last week-end. With many boards describing the stories of Westfield residents who served in WW1, it was an amazing and thought-provoking display. Hours of painstaking work and research has been undertaken by the creators of the exhibition '“ congratulations to all concerned. There is still a chance to see the exhibition in the church today and tomorrow from 10.30am to 4pm. The displays of poppies along the main road have been completed '“ what a stunning tribute from all sections of the village community. The phrase '˜Lest we forget' has truly been taken to the hearts of residents.
