A woman was taken to hospital following a crash involving three vehicles on the A21 at Hurst Green on Monday (July 20).
Emergency services were called to the scene near the BP garage, just north of the junction with Merriments Lane, just before 2.30pm.
A silver Ford Focus, a black Honda Civic and a silver Ford Transit were involved in the accident.
The driver of the Focus, along with a passenger in the Honda and six passengers in the Transit, suffered minor injuries, but only one person required hospital treatment.
A woman, aged in her 50s, was suffering from neck pain and was taken to the Conquest Hospital in Hastings.
She is not believed to have suffered serious injuries in incident.
The woman is believed to have been a passenger in one of the vehicles.
Paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service treated the other patients at the scene for minor cuts and bruises.
Police officers closed that stretch of the A21 to allow the vehicles to be recovered.
The road was re-opened just after 4pm, in time for the evening rush hour.
Sussex Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward to help with its investigations.
