Woman's dog 'out of control'
A woman has appeared before magistrates accused of being in charge of an out-of-control dog.
Joanna Scott (40), of West Front, Bognor Regis, appeared before Chichester Magistrates' Court on Monday to confirm her details.
It is alleged that her dog attacked two people on separate occasions on August 30 this year.
The case has been adjourned until Monday, October 15.
